I don't think she's uneducated. I can feel she's just freaking scared to speak in public that's why she stammers or is unable to finish a sentence because her brain is totally blocked by her threat which stopped any intelligible thoughts to come out of her mouth. Novanne Nice There are multiple reasons ad to why she doesn't speak well publicly. 1) she's very shy and reserved. 2) in a lot of her interviews, they ask her extremely personal questions and she doesn't expect many of them. 3) she's probably in her own head a lot which is why she pauses in the middle of speaking. That's very normal and natural for human beings. 4) she thinks about what she says. 5) she doesn't wanna say anything remotely negative so the media will not twist it around and so she doesn't offend anybody.
