Artificially growing a new person, putting them through a rigorous training program to make them a deadly combatant, probably augmenting them quite a bit, and then turning them loose on a rival faction. My star student, Namoni Null... Even though he's only a teenager, he's deadlier than even the most well-trained Hussar.
