I just finished the 5 day challenge. I purchased the app which made everything so simple. The drinks were delicious and I was not hungry. Now family members want to try it because I gave them tastes of the juices. At the end, I felt a sense of calm internally, like the anxiety monster had left. I think that is what addictive foods do to us.

Leafy greens can be both juiced and blended! Depends on your preference. Some juicers don't get the best yield out of something so soft and leafy so if your juicer isn't doing the job, you may want to add them to a blend. Amy@JuicyHQ. X

Hi Jason, LOVE your juices!! I need to do a candida cleanse and in most of the candida cleanse programs they say not to have juices, and worse, not to have any fruit!! Do you have a candida cleanse program/boo/whatevah, that I can do and prove them all wrong in the process too? I watched your Super Juice Me documentary and am sure a juice cleanse will also clear my candida. Am I right?

Hello new to this and was looking over things before I get started. I was wondering because I easily produce kidney stones. I noticed that a good percentage has spinach, kale, or beets which is high in oxalate. Is there any low oxalate recipes for us stone producing folks? 😉

Hi There! During your first 12 weeks of pregnancy you are advised not to change anything much about your diet or lifestyle, so if a juice plan is a radical change for you then it’s best not to start it as suffering detox symptoms on top of potential morning sickness is probably not a good idea! Incorporating juicing into your diet whilst pregnant can be beneficial, as there is no better way of getting key minerals and nutrients into your and therefore, your baby’s system. However, we would not recommend that you embark on an exclusively juice programme whilst pregnant, as a juice only programme will certainly result in symptoms of detox and weight loss, which is something to be avoided during pregnancy. Hi Jason, I have read recently about raw potato juice and how it is beneficial for my arthritic knee. Would you use potato in with your mix? I have had it on its own but it's not a great taste.
