You can add a length of aquarium tubing to a syringe to make it easier to fill the syringes from bottles/containers. When I bought (2) large syringes recently they came with some tubing.

Love your channel. Can you advise how you keep aphids from your pepper plants? I have not been able to grow any peppers for a year since every time the plant starts to have buds, the aphids kill them :((((((((((((((((

Ahhh, aphids!!! I hate them with a passion. There are several things you can do: -Don't put your plants near the entrance od the house. As we are out and about, especially if you have an outdoor garden, aphids and other pests can cling to your hair and clothes, and then jump on your indoor plants. I have a lot of roses outdoor and that's where I got the aphids problem. -Don't put outdoor soil, or soil in general near your hydroponic plants. Soil can have pest eggs. -Restarting everything is the most effective way to get rid of aphids. Take down everything, wash the device/s with soap then wait for at least 2 weeks to restart. I haven't had aphids for a year now. Knock on wood. Good luck.

Next pepper on my list to grow is Thai chilis. They are pretty pricey for a small bag at the local Thai market. How are you pollinating them? Never knew you can grow this variety via hydroponics.

All you need to do is having a fan running half an hour a day, or just simply gently shake the plants. They self pollinate.

@@plant4table thanks. Looking forward to your thoughts. Glad you are enjoying your new home. I've had 2 Gardyns now since February and and not deep cleaned them. Still pretty (very) clean. I did make a video on how to take them completely apart and remove all irrigation lines.
