The Surfer is highly under-appreciated AND is often "depowered" to fit into certain stories at times most inconvenient. Someone mentioned "abilities". The Surfer doesn't have so much abilities as he does outright power that is limited only by imagination and that put s him into the middle-upper echelon of cosmic beings. Compared to most Earth characters, he's on another level.

Can navigate through interstellar space and hyperspace. Can mind read and influence human emotions and senses. Incenerate a thanos clone. Transmute gold into sand. His body doesnt hurt insupernova explosions. Means no repercussions. Marksmanship. Can increase his strenght to incalculable levels which is also impressive can destroy solar systems. Shield manipulation. He is endowed with power cosmic. So these all grants him there r many things the video has shown his powers

Technically true. Since Galactus is literally the coalescence of his entire universe before it collapsed into the singularity that started the main marvel universe. So yes, the power cosmic is the ENTIRETY of power from the former universe.

@@jeffro7856 I think what gets a bit weird about Galactus is the implication that he's a staple across the multiverse, that the early death of his multiverse prompted that Eternity to merge with Galan in its death throws, in turn, making Galactus the next catalyst for the next multiverse. History of the Marvel Multiverse more or less has him becoming the next big bang / multiverse / Eternity, while also providing a single ticket for his replacement / inheritor of his power to be the next multiverse staple.

No. The Power Cosmic is essentially all of the energy within the previous universe which has now been absorbed into Galactus as a result of it dying. So the power cosmic wasn't around BEFORE the current universe. It was just there at the beginning, alongside Galactus. Are arguably they were born at the same exact time.

The first comic I ever read was Silver Surfer:Resurrection by Jim Starlin where Silver Surfer with the aide of Adam Warlock tries to rescue his wife Shalla Ball from Mephisto. It was such a great story. Requiem is probably one if not the best Silver Surfer story in my opinion though.

Didn’t know Norrin Radd’s history was dark. I mean, I knew his planet faced destruction, and he had to turn himself over to Galactus to save everyone, and his loved ones. But what I didn’t know, was his mother and father dying, and the manner they died in. Would love to see this on screen. A solo film leading up to his turn to the Silver Surfer, and eventually locating the earth for Galactus to feed on.
