A technique is to be still or walk and breathe through the intensity of the trigger. Then the intensity dissipates, and it becomes possible to contemplate that internal issue. Better than having a battle

What’s crazy was yesterday I was tensing up but I guess when the moment it starts to tense up I relax right? I think the tense came first in my back I’m trying to find the origin 😂

That is it exactly! The physical tension is how the mind holds on to those attachments in the moment keeping them in front of your awareness. We actually wear our stress....mind. You noticed the mind doing its thing, just lean back. You got it.
