I am a great fan of bands such as Epica, Nightwish (Tarja's era), Within Temptation, Unsun etc. It's nice to find a band that I would describe as a mixture of the first 3 bands that I have listed here. What is even more astonishing is that yet, Beyond the Black has created their own sound. In my opinion this band is amazing \m/

Mischa Brouerius van Nidek you would probably love the band Scarleth, especially their album Breaking the Silence because it sounds extremely similar to this. Btw Nightwish and Within Temptation are some of my favorites

I came across beyond the black a while back while I was recording metal bands ( female fronted) on to USB I fell in love with them instantly . first time i ever heard about beyond the black was when thay played with within temptation in oslo in autum 2017 , i have never heard about them before , but god damn it , i wil not compair them with nightwish or other metal band with female voice , jennifer is so much better , i really love this band , i was a big nightwish fan but it died when tarja was no longer there,, witin temptation is great i love them also, but beyond the black is always with me , in my car at the gym, at partys . they really inspire me ,all from ballads to hard, and the best of it , we can hear the lyrics and words, not just screaming ... they are my favorit band. with guns n roses and kelly family .. i wonder why i never heard about them before 2017 , norway is bad to put out good music,, thank you jennifer haben and beyond the black for making my days great :)
