To what extent have other public authorities been corrupted by these cases involving Murdaugh family members? For example, the coroner in the Steven Smith case? The coroner and/or attending physician in the Nanny/Housekeeper case? SLED itself in the boat accident case? Other attorneys representing victims of the Murdaughs? That seems to need a deep dive.
@brendakauffman22223 жыл бұрын
LC, Exactly, It's the good ol boy system and it seems the coroner in Steven Smith's case which no proof of any auto accident, but injuries consistent with beating and blunt head trauma. Too many things the police officer left out of the report for Steven, like not reporting that it was said the Murdaugh boys were behind it. No lead questions, no interviewing others living near by right after the accident. Either there are incompetent law officers that need to be fired or we have corrupt police and others in authority who are obstructing justice. The attending physical for the Nanny/Housekeeper, and the person doing the boat accident were all documenting to protect the Murdaugh family. Just too many things not documented. Who knows about other attorney's representing others if Murdaugh could pay them off to not be as aggressive etc.

Eric Alan has a great series on the Murdaugh case. A series of 4-5 now. He’s from the area and has put together some great videos!! I like this channel because of the inside details. I know the basis of all of this is greed and corruption. BUT this addiction has a great deal to do with Murdaughs dealings. Trust me….the tolerance that develops with opioids is no joke. And the cost of illicit pills IS astronomical. A person can take up to 20 pills at one time if they are an addict and tolerance is high. GREED CORRUPTION & ADDICTION!! These 3: the holy trinity of crime

This whole case reminds me of a very virulent nest of sewer rats with tunnels upon tunnels with nests everywhere plus tunnels & nests in inaccessible places Its so convoluted but also deeply Disturbing & insiduous which i think goes back a long way Which probably will never be fully Investigated as the rot, double dealing, embezzlement, siphoning off, offshore investments etc etc are so well hidden & i also think the firm of lawyers are complicit in alot of nefarious activity from decades back & to insure their little ( or big) dealings are kept safe they are willing to throw Alec Murdaugh to the pack of snarling dogs If they are seen to be on the right side of the law by exposing Murdaugh then their own mishandling of affairs & hidden dealings involving vast amounts of cash will be safe Sadly they are probably right! Murdaugh was just unlucky & through a series of mishaps & bad judgement coupled with greed & ruthlessness hes become or will become the sacrificial lamb. Karma will be paid & rightly so in this case Murdaugh was no innocent.

I don't believe he had any intention of committing suicide. He wanted to throw everyone off the scent of him murdering his son and wife.. and garner sympathy after he realised his fake murder scheme to purport someone was 'targeting' the family failed. This guy is a piece of work. His wife started to realise who she was married to and either the son got in the way or he wanted him gone too because he was just becoming a handful for the family and ruining their supposed good name.

I think she found out early what kind of guy she married but just like the wife in the Sopranos she kept a blind eye because she like the trapping of wealth, privilege, influence & attention. She finally got enough & decided to leave & expose him which lead to her murder. She also raised 2 spoiled brats who were allowed to run amuck & cause harm on their community with no consequences. This entire fa.ily is corrupt & its hard to find sympathy for any of them.

@@melaniearant5810 Just what seems to be a possibility: Someone walked by and probably acted like they didn't see her( but it was purposeful and it was by a stairs) and knocked into her; and it pushed her over the dogs, she tripped and down the stairs & possibly sustained a brain injury. Alex and Paul were at home that day they say. I think Alex is now denying this however. With all these wrongful deaths, and admission of trying to get insurance money on housekeeper and himself, it seems likely Alex either shot and killed or hired someone to shot and kill Maggie ( who was hiring someone to check the financial books since checks were bouncing, and she had paid a visit to a divorce lawyer & Paul who was going up for trial in 3 days, and would likely be found guilty, plus Alex got no insurance money on the boat Paul wrecked due to being under the influence. If Alex was already having financial problems the divorce would have put him over the edge and potentially broke up the 1000 acres of land.

@@brendakauffman2222 I definitely do not think the fall was was a accident. No way, but the more I watch and listen to different bloggers I believe that whole law firm should be investigated. I do not believe he spent all that money on drugs. Sure he could be addicted but that is not where all the money went. No telling who all he scammed money from Ms. Satterfield was the tip of the iceberg. He donated a lot of money to Biden. Most attorneys are Democrat. They have to follow the money trail to get to the bottom. The longer they wait to solve these cases the more likely they will grow cold. A defense dream. According to Zillow, the property was last bought for $730K in April of 2013. 187 acres, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, almost 13,000 SF house built in 1999. Lot backs up to Salkehatchie River with boat ramp. Interesting, though, the property tax records indicate an enormous property tax increase between 2018 ($30,940) to 2020 ($548,100). 😳 Possibly there was a change in deed, from Alex’s father to him, therefore forfeiting the homestead exemption, or a change in use (residential to commercial) or the family claimed another location as primary. With that tax bill and the property only less-than-doubling in value, I’d be wondering where that money for taxes was going to come from.

If Murdaugh had been taking opiods for over 20yrs, his tolerance would have climbed so he would have required a much higher dose BUT have remained fairly fully functional despite taking a high dose, which would have probably have had fatal effects on a non drug addicted person. Many people who've taken drugs over a long period of time can appear perfectly normal to others, their high daily dosage helps them to act functionally. I also think he probably used a very good quality product without additives & other junk added which alone would have had a very detrimental effect on his health Therefore the good quality of his drug of choice would have been exponentially more expensive than what would have been considered a " normal " dose sold to addicts
