One flyer tip that i love is using the Desmodus' night vision to see through the ocean to find rarer water creatures like basilosaurus and squid.

Can starve-tame a Daeodon the same way. Having gone out and found a pig I want I harass it with my bird till it fires it's heal, then snatch it and take it to a pen as its food zeroes out. I've had mixed luck getting them to fire it after being separated and trapped and I've never had a starvation tick damage the tame (and I've tried, I don't think wild animals starve)

Also, when riding a wild crystal wyvern, going prone on its back is a good way to guarantee that you stay mounted. There was a time where I was carrying a dino with my wyvern, and my buddy needed a pick up. And we did this to get back to base safely.

Great video, but about the second passager method to regain stamina, i think is just way better to just have a sinomacrops in your shoulder, just dismount in the air, fly with the sinomacrops a few seconds and mount back, and would have regained the stamina, and works with any flying creature

Not everyone has a Sinomacrops though, they are still only available on Lost Island right now (Very sad about that fact btw) 😭.

The wyvernbreath is even a danger in PVE with team dmg off, can't hurt your dinos in that mode but don't dare dismount.

Addition to Tipp 22: You don't have to sit on your owl while its healing. Dismount immediately after activating the heal. But make sure to get away as fast as you can cause otherwise the owl stunts you to. This is very usefull with a high stamina owl or with less stamina consumtion cause you dont have to sit for minutes on your owl. Just let them do there thing.

I did not know about the sprint land for Desmo, I usually try and hit the land just before getting to the edge on those little outcrops in that Fjordur cave but it doesn't work all the time. Thank you! Recently using a Desmo I picked up an otter that was swimming in a shallow stream to drop it in water with more fish in it. Still want to test if it works with otters swimming close to the surface in lakes and such.

Another tip for the stamina Regen is if you get off your flyer an animation will play and it's stamina will bump itself up alot

For new players - don't use the tip at 6:35, just net the quetzal and trap it on the ground or just ride a Desmo and shoot without having to whistle

New players may not have a Desmodus or net gun, you have to remember that the Desmodus are only available on Fjordur and new players usually start out on the Island map so they will not have the net projectile engram unlockable unless they transfer, this tip will be helpful to them.

@@BEYPlaysGames it takes 2 seconds to transfer off server though? IMO it would be a much more worth while investment for the beginner to take a few mins to transfer map and learn the necessary engrams to make their life 100x easier.

YA new players ain't going to have a Desmo or a net gun that they can just whip out their back pocket to play around with, why even nitpick something that is a an extremely useful tip to newer players, pretty certain when playing the Island this is the only method where you can ride ANY flyer while being able to shoot from a seat, and it is a quick one too.

But a large percentage of new players playing ARK play Single Player, it's not as simple for new players to do that and even if they knew how to it would kind of ruin the whole experience going to another map when playing the Island just to cheese through it? 😁

Tip 0 for Qwerty PC gamers: Rebind 'Mount', having it on 'E' *will* get you killed, too close to WASD. A problem for any tame but particularly lethal from flyers. I swap the default mapping of e and f (Flyer dismount probably beats Raptors for my #1 killer all-time)

Most unknown flyer tip: on PC - use "X" for an air brake. This helps against knock back.

@@celem1000 Honestly thought it was always that way, I remember back like 6 years ago once you placed something it was down and you had to demo it if placed wrong, then they added an update, you can even pick structures up for 30 seconds on official servers if I remember correctly!
