Nkate cake is well loved and enjoy by most in Ghana. Today I bring you the recipe and an unusual way of making it thereby reducing the sugar content. You will love these recipes as they are easy and delicious.

300g Sugar
50g Butter

700g Roasted Groundnut/Peanut
300g Sugar
1/4 cup water
1tsp lemon juice
