Hi, dialect if you consider it as part of the Arabic languages, but in reality Tunisian has about 40 to 50 % of Arabic only. For exp the malteese language is very close to the Tunisian language and no one consider it as dialcect... When we talk also about dialect we mean more the way how we pronounce the words, well this is not the case with the Tunisian language.. The words it selfs are different..

Probably you have never met with one Saudi or other Arab national, except Maghreb country's no one is able to understand the Tunisian, i don't have problem to call it also dialect, you can see the thumbnail of the video it's written dialect, but the fact that the difference with the standard Arabic is huge we call it a language becouse nor the vocabulary is same neither the grammar is similar.. For the malteese if we talk about language you don't have to compare the peaple, it does not matter if the language is very close. Finally If you have watched the video you would notice that the majority of the words are not Arabic..

@Hamza really ? in what language your national antheme is made out of ? tunisia is an arab country part of the arab union and a member of the arab university. 90% percent of tunisians are ethnically arab and identify as arab and all tunisians speak the tunisian arabic dialect that has nearly not even one word that is of berber origin. so if you're berber, saying that tunisian = tamazigh changes nothing but others respect toward you. dont make your self a joke we're sick and tired of this kind of minority lies and ugly seperatism .
