Check this video for turning settings ( I don't know if DICE fixed this ) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/bWfZf42wqs-EY68. I use space bar for pitch up, and v for pitch down (they are close and easy to reach with thumb), I also use decouple pilot free look settings -> controls -> advanced -> decouple pilot free look = on (with this you can look around cockpit in first person), you can also use hotkeys to look around cockpit, although you wont be able to use mouse for free look. If you just started, first feel comfortable with plane by doing maneuvers, usually its all about circles and their variation. For strafing, gain enough altitude and slow down, so you have more time to look for people, and get familiar with machine guns, bombs and rockets. Some useful tips: flieger deals 57 dmg in 2 rows so thats 114 dmg. Hotkey your first equipment slot (repair) to shift and hold it when strafing, when flieger hits you, after first first row it will heal you, and 2nd row wont kill you (most of times). Use practise map to familiarise with flying and strafing (choose random point to strafe). With all this, you will only need time and patiance. HF. These tips are mainly for killing infantry (decouple free look can be used in dogfight) but new players should learn how to fly first :)

On this map planes are more like a nuisance than a threat. I usually play this map if i want to chill and cosplay a farmer 🙃.

I do not play battlefield v, but i think you are the best on the plane:)

Battlefield V is fun but its a bit hard for begginers and you need to invest some time... I recommend it. PS its like 5€ when its on sale.

Oh yeah, sometimes they get frustrated, but its just how this map plays out (narrow paths, choking points, small map overall)
