It's debatable. BF3 has more realistic graphics, and goes for the gritty warzone look, while Bad Company 2 has beautiful colors and vivid environments, that are extremely pleasing to the eye. Atacama Desert to this day remains as my favourite map in terms of graphics, and not a single map in BF3 has topped it. It's a matter of preference at it's core.

Well, its true. Though, I think that it is quite unfair when some people say that BF3 has no maps at ALL designed to look pleasant to the eye. In Armored Kill, I think that maps such as Alborz Mountains are just visually amazing. during in a game, it's hard to focus in the beauty of the maps as there is too much going on...but if you look at videos made specially to show the beauty of them...well, I personally think they're just astounding.

Damn. I miss this game. You didn't need voice chat to have a good teamwork going. The guy in the tank with you knew exactly what to do. Ahh PunkBuster.. The only anticheating software that would ban you if you more than 5 headshots in a row.

I realize it's a non-issue for PC players, but with new consoles most likely coming out in 2013, I can't imagine EA or DICE being thrilled at the idea of 2/3 of their supported platforms being obsolete for too long before releasing a new game.

Yeah but the thing is; is that it's the first game under the frostbite 2 engine, and no doubt BF3 game was rushed. Now that they have way more than a base to the engine (BF3), they can do so much better in terms of mechanics and even graphics in my opinion. 2 years is plenty of time to improve and make a whole new game. By the time October 2013 rolls around, we'll be ready for another Battlefield.

Well keep in mind that Battlefield games have always come out 2 years or earlier, and BF4 "Beta" will be late 2013 or even 2014, it's kinda weird how they announce it now with all the dlc's coming, but, if BF4s original and not repetitive, I think it's going to be ok, I know what you mean though, by being a long lasting game.

exactly, i personally hate when a series comes out throwin the next one at you so soon making everyone leave the previous game. which sucks for the people that really enjoy the older one because at least half the players go to the new one. i still play many games where that's happened and i can't find any decent sized servers to play on

you know what would be awesome? if we could activate reactive armor and cause explosives around the tank to explode, the reactive armor will negate any explosive demage and would troll the HELL out of the planter!

Threatty, what do you like the most? Coxial LMG or Canister shell? The canister shell is more powerful against infantry and vehicles, why do you use the LMG?

I don't know why, but I don't get the same feeling with BF3 as I did with BC2... I can't just get the sensitivity right in BF3 on PS3, but I did with BC2. Aiming is really hard, sensitivity is too fast or slow as infantry, but no problems while in vehicles. BC2 also feels more realistic, don't know why

I really love bf3, but in my opinion bfbc2 had the best maps ever beatiful graphics, a better campaign and so on. I like the gameplay from bf3 more tho.. I would love to see some sort of mix between bf3 and bfbc2
