This iconic might only be available the first time you pass through this area and many are reporting problems obtaining it. One theory is that it spawns during the car chase with Takemura, so it might only be possible to get by going directly to the location at the start of Act II or by loading a save made before patch 2.0 (which would be missing the quest start flag).

Dodge -> Jump when dodge is almost finished -> Dodge mid air -> Double jump Thank me later.

@@D3humaniz3d ik if you time it right and do the beginning dodge and jump right as it begins to launch you, if you do it again right as you hit the ground instead of the double jump or a air dash it launches you waaay further. So- Dodge -> Jump before dodge finishes -> hit the ground and repeat before loosing speed -> now air doge and double jump will fucking send you into a wall-
