That’s a good question, I’ve been getting that problem a lot. I don't think you've payed enough attention or understood what's happening here. I changed the 12 into a 2 because, remember, the video involves the votes being counted by the last number in a double or triple digit number and make the last number in those intact. So, in this scenario, Needle would have 2 votes and use her win token to reduce it to 1 vote, and still be safe.
