(I will be the yapper) Oh, I think the Protagonist, Antagonist, and Support didn’t die because the spinner was on Fair mode. Fair mode is like every slice gets at least one result or something like 1,2,3,4,5 then 5,4,2,1,3, Each number getting one result once every number got chosen. If fair mode was off, It could be 1,1,2,5,3,3,1,4,2,1,5. ;) Post Script: Oh I forgot to say that the Fair mode is on the top left of the spinner with a F, If someone is wondering I asked :D
