The metal spear is a representative for emotions. The mv talks about how feelings, music, and expression isn't allowed. So, everyone on that planet has forgotten how to have emotions. Ateez is there to bring emotions and music back to the people. That is why they say "no more, keep control""no more, keep your soul". They are telling them to fight. Thats why they are "fighting" to bring the spear (aka emotions) back. Once it hit the guy, he could feel again. You should watch their dance practices.

The ball was floating, even early in the music video. At 3:38, there's a shot of San at the bottom of the escalator and the ball is floating above the steps, though the angles are a bit deceiving. I don't believe it actually floats higher until right before it falls. We saw the Halateez (the people that the scarecrow is designed to look like) back in the music videos for "Say My Name", "Answer", and "Hala Hala", though there is also a shadowy figure in a hallway back in "Illusion" who might have been a Halateez... If you want to go in story chunks, then Guerilla (prequel to Halazia) would be a good one to see. Then also Bouncy and Crazy Form. I also think Hush-Hush and Not Okay, because I love those two so much. :)
