quick question, I'm not that into shipping but how can you ship to people in separate universes? Like how Jasmine is in the Disney-verse and Nightcrawler is in the Marvel-verse. So how did you think those two are a good couple if they never interacted with each other?

Didn't see anyone answer your question, which I think it's silly they didn't. It's called crossover, aka, crossing over two universes, or just two characters from different universes and putting them together. A lot of people (including myself XD) have very active imaginations and think about how two characters personalities might work together. Sometimes, characters just look good next to each other. It's just fun to try and see who would work together and who wouldn't. Though, it's all really personal preference.

AngelsHaven767 Well I kind of understand that. But if you don't see the two characters interacting with each other, how can you tell. Like if you've seen X-Men Evolution, I like to ship Kurtty (Kitty x Kurt) even though that's technically not cannon but I've seen the two interect with each other and think their a cute couple. But how can I ship Kurt x Jasmine if the teo never have even met?

Super Sablei You can ship whatever you want. *rainbow appears* Crossovers can be born from just putting two of your favorite characters together or even day dreaming after watching two totally different shows. I know some people make pairings out of characters they think represent them and their crushes or significant others, or replace the characters in a canon couple with ones with similar looks or personalities. I've sometimes made crossover pairings with unrelated characters, just because I had the masks to do it with.

Super Sablei I can tell because I think about how one character is like and think about who works personality wise or just looks good together in my mind. Very active imagination, and I'm a writer anyways, so, it's easy for me to see characters together mentally and that's how I can tell before I put them together =3
