source say ping horaha hai, without source nahi, q?

its because the routing which i used for communicating between R1 R2 R3 is using loopback and not the links between them . Whenever we give ping command without mentioning the source by default it will take the source ip address of exit physical interface! so if the ping packet with source ip 23.1.1.3 will not be able to communicate with 1.1.1.1 since R1 do not have the reverse route pointing towards 23.1.1.3 but have route for 3.3.3.3 so have to mention loopback ip address as source . ! Hope it helps you !!!!
