not able to ping destination loopback with source loopback 1. verify loopback IP and status "show ip int br" on both routers 2. check configuration on both routers "show run | sec bgp" 3. check if there is a route for the IP "show ip route x.x.x.x" 4. check if the route is there is advertised routes "show ip bgp neighbor x.x.x.x advertised-routes" 5. check if the route is received on the neighbor router "show ip bgp neighbor x.x.x
