Más buan mo chuimhne, Creid mé gach rud agus níos mó, Bhí na laethanta sin spreagúil. Ach ag fás in aois, Ní fheicimid é arís, Nuair a d’oscail ár súile, Bhíomar ceart ró-luath. Caithfidh muid a bheith reidh nuair a thagann na daoine chugainn, Beidh eagla orthu, nuair a thuigeann siad. Tá suíl agam lá nua, Cuirfidh sé dóchas ar ais i mo chroí, Tabhair dúinn ár dtalamh ar ais Bainfidh muid.
