My recent experience at Nobel Hospital was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel it is my duty to share my concerns with all of you so that others can avoid visiting this hospital and facing similar problems. This hospital is more focused on making money than providing quality care. I was overcharged for every little service, many of which were unnecessary. It felt like they were taking advantage of my vulnerable state to inflate their bills. The quality of care my patient received was also worryingly inadequate, with issues such as wrong diagnoses, incorrect medications, and a lack of timely attention. The doctors seemed indifferent and hurried through consultations without properly addressing my concerns, making me feel neglected and extremely unsafe. The staff, including the owner, were also extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking and unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Nobel Hospital was extremely negative. Financial exploitation, shoddy medical care, unprofessionalism, and a lack of communication and coordination are serious and unacceptable issues. I strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere.
