1. Cream Paneer : 300 gm
Make masala paste:
2. Shredded coconut : 2 tbsp
3. Black mustard seed : 2 tsp
4. Poppy seed : 1 tsp
5. Curd : 3 tsp
6. Green chilli : 4 nos
Fry the paneer in Kadai:
7. Mustard oil: 1 tsp
8. Salt : little bit
9. Turmeric powder : little bit
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder : little bit
Fry the paneer pieces with low flame, for maximum 1 to 2 minutes. Now take a steel box, keep the paneer pieces in it, pour the complete masala, add 3 tbsp water and add the below items in the steel box:
11. Salt : little bit
12. Mustard oil : 2 tsp
13. Turmeric powder : little bit
14. Pierced green chilli : 4 nos
Now cover it, and steam it for seven to eight minutes.
