I suggest existing aero engine technology on a premium must be acquired woth new engone development. Reason past experience shows contractual break down and OEM co withdraw its promise after spending millions and billuons dollar and years of wasting time. Pvt sector full engagement required as itvis easy to dupe DPSU as they don't know to write better simple vontract agreement. Only complicated one helping other side. Look at Rafael deal.
