It does not matter if BD economy collapses. Under Sheikh Hasina BD economy was doing great, yet she was exiled. Now, even if the economy perishes, and there is high inflation, a lack of food, high unemployment etc., all this is acceptable, as long as the elites make money.

Bangladesh never import oil from India 😅 actually indian government wanted to develop a oil pipeline to North East India through Bangladesh but after Hasina ran away from Bangladesh that pipeline construction has shutdown. Bangladesh directly import oil from middle east countries. Only 5% electricity Bangladesh import from indian company adani and nepal through north Bengal. So majority electricity of Bangladesh actually Produced by their own resources of capacity. Very soon first unit of ruppur nuclear power plant will Produce electricity end of this year and second unit in next Year
