Dr. Shamim Haider needs to be informed before he talks on contentious issues. Jharkhand is not ruled by BJP - it is ruled by Congress Government. the problem Bangladesh now faces is the mistrust from India. As long as Bangladesh does not go out of the way to sort out the issues with India themselves, bilalteral issues are not going to move forward. OF course Bangladesh can look NOT to engaage with India. That would mean, inimical interests from both Myanmar and India [ the only two neigbours] will use it to their benefit. India can in the meanwhile contunue to ignore the relationship, due to its financial and techinal superiority.
