भंडारे वाली हलवाई जैसी आलू टमाटर की सब्ज़ी बिना लहसुन प्याज के | Masaledar Poori Wali Aloo ki Sabzi
ingredients:-
.600 gm potatoes
3 tomatoes
3 green chilli
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
whole spices
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp desi ghee
Ingredients for poori:-
.500 gm wheat
2 tbsp rawa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp carom seeds
.700 ml oil for frying
