It is absolutely gorgeous, warm, velvety and strong like bull at same time. Ranjit kahndeel, was a delightful young East Indian fella I worked with for just 4 hours at á Zales, warehouse. He told me of the bahgavad Gita. I never ever forget his name, it’s pronunciation as well the book, in kind. It would come from my lips at irregular intervals of years, over several decades. Images appeared in my mind and I would utter the names. Sadly , no further investigation until (1995 taken from 2023= bahgavad! That’s a bunch of years) yesterday I said , ranjit and the bahgavad….opened KZbin and holy Hindu! It’s amazing in its face and what is held in depth?! I need a mentor and probably a brown skinned black haired lady to follow me and utter this as a real life “score” to accompany my existence.

Essence of Bhagavad Gita (Excerpt from Message of Shri Datta Swami) Today, in the world everybody agrees that the real power is the money only. Money is the fruit of work and Bhagavat Gita calls sacrifice of money “Karma Phala Tyaga”. In Bhagavat Gita it is said “Dhyanat Karma Phala Tyagah” which means that devotion is greater than Knowledge and sacrifice of the fruit of the work (money) is greater than the devotion. Knowledge consists of intelligence and words. Devotion consists of mind and words. Sacrifice consists of heart and love. The proof of the love is the practical service, which is the practical sacrifice of work or money. For the propagation of the divine knowledge and devotion the money is needed to publish the Gospel in the form of books. When you sacrifice your money for the divine work your treasure in the heaven is built up. This means that God will help you after your death and you will enter the kingdom of God. You give your earnings to your family only and so your real love is on your family only. There is no need of any further argument on this point because it is very clear proof. This is the real fire test for your love. You are sacrificing valueless words and valueless mind in leisure, which is valueless time. This cannot prove the real value of God. You must give real value to God. You are finishing your prayers and meditation on God as soon as the time to go to job is nearing. Similarly, when some work for the family is approaching, you are immediately leaving the presence of God. Therefore you do not give any value to God for all practical purpose. But you tell lies in your prayers that God is everything for you. The money is the final test and it can be the only test also since all the family is associated with you for money only and the family serves you in your old age for your money only. If the money is sacrificed to God your real color of love can be seen. Universal Spirituality for World Peace

The thing which I believe most in my life is the power of Words( syllables)... I used to think why I am getting a sudden energy boost when I listen to Rigveda mantra, Gayatri mantra, Lalitasahasranam, Bhagavad gita etc. Because I believe (I am not sure) this universr is made of Nada the sound. And if one recite these syllables and words properly, the sound energy will travel towards the universe and our prayers will be answered. It depends on what we produce, negative or positive. My elders at home used to teach us one thing, don't say wrong words to people and hurt them, don't think wrong about others... Becauseeven if we think wrong, sins, it will emanate negative energy from our body and it will spread in this universe and the same negativity will come back to us..
