Jiva atma in every living being is the non-destructable entity... which essentially is a part of param atma, which continued to exist before your birth, continue to exist with you now and also after your life time. Jivatma subset of paramatma. Hence, core substance running the universe perfectly every moment itself is God.

​@krishnasevak9008 you didn't understand the adhyaya. When Sri Krishna shows the brahmandarupa to arjuna, he clearly says that he sees the whole universe and its radiance within Krishna. clearly, god is manifest as the universe.
