We have to do Sadhana at least 1 hour daily, learn Tatwa Gyan and revise it, confirm in mind that we have to detach from worldly affairs and attach the mind to Hari Guru. Very truly elaborated by Swamiji. 🙏

It is very important to keep the mind healthy, it controls our ten senses and the entire body, and the path to self-welfare i.e. spiritual progress also starts from this mind. And the control of this mind is with the intellect, hence to purify the intellect, we will have to narrate the scriptures, Vedas and Guru's words to it. Therefore, by immersing the mind in God's name, form, pastimes, qualities etc. through meditation, we will get complete holistic benefit.
