Genuine question: isnt it narcissistic behaviour for krishna to say to devote to krishna? Humans are made to feel and appreciate through senses. But to ask us to abandon all that and pray fo krishna otherwise we will be stuck in a perpetual cycle of rebirth, sounds narcissistic to me...

No one's asking you to abandon your senses no living creature can do that the Bhagwat Gita instead explains us wants us to put our senses where they'll actually get satisfied in the last chapter after explaining all the Gita to Arjun Krishna asks him whether all his doubts are clear or not and tells him to do as his wishes he doesn't enforce his will on any of us Narcissism is when the person only cares about himself but he cares for us he loves us no matter how you push him away once you wish his presence he is right there just right there

As souls our desires are simply to love and be loved by loving him we are loving ourselves singing dancing chanting getting prasadam and also one is able contribute truly to the world as one is happy
