Today in the morning when i woke up , i was feeling so low because daily before going to bed at night i promise myself to wake up at 4 o'clock nxt day but, it never happens resulting in dissatisfaction. Today when i was feeling miserable after waking up at 7:30 suddenly swamiji's video notification came on my mobile phone and it has all the answers to my questions and after watching d video i decided to take a step at a time and manage my studies and health in a very joyful manner and not taking them as a burden and will surely dedicate time for sadhana bcoz only sadhna will make me do everything joyfully.
