Sir ,pls reply my query ,if you get some time..you define reciprocal function from set of real no to set of real number..But for x=o ,given function does not assume real value i.e undefined ..So ,domain set cannot include 0..So domain=R-{0}... Also to qualify a function basic creteria is that every elt of first set must associaled to some elt of second set..So ,if you considered first set as set of real no R then for value x=o there is no image in second set ..so domain can never include 0 otherwise it will be simple relation not function..

Tou mujhe ye Jaanna h ki mai iss maths ka ye exam kya hindi mein de sakta hu. Ccsu University (Meerut) vese mene physic or chemistry ko bhi hindi mein diya h. B.sc 1st year mein tou math ka exam English mein diya tha but iss baar preparation nhi ho payi tou issliye. Sir plz bta do. Vese hindi English dono ka mix bhi chalega.
