Yes.. April2024 i moved to Canada and things have changed a lot.. i think it was kind of a 2nd awakening ..meditation became my daily routine, earlier i was not consistent.. i am a new person now.. i dont get angry anymore, mind is always calm.. waking up at 4 am is no more a problem.. i love watching sunrise daily from balcony. change of place makes so much of difference Thank you for remedies or suggestions towards the end

I think this is the only video on internet youtube which talks about sade sati so accurately. After watching this video I remembered all those days when my sade sati started. And I was struggling. My business was finished. I left the city and came to the village. Was asking for help for money and very few people came to help me. Job like prison. My son got sick. Exactly yeh sari baat bohut aling kar rahi hai meri 2020-till now Bohut jayda procrastination, aur bar bar past k barien meh sochna yeh hote ja rahi hai. But mere me ek curiosity toh hai ki meh khue nahi kar paaraha , kya kamiyaan hai mujhme..
