It is quite well known in the fraternity of lovers of Gurmat Sangeet that Bhai Angad Singh was the master of learning the Reets used by all the iconic Sikh religious musicians, both of the Golden Temple and Gurdwara Janam Asthan Sri Nankana Sahib. He used to sing mostly in lower notes. That is the style he mastered.
