Many versions of sev tomato from different sides of Gujarat. In a pan chop tomatoes add 1 tbspn oil hing haldi salt sugar n dhanajeera powder. Cook now on slow fame now add Chilli powder n mix. When done n time to serve add mora or nylon sev if dry add Lil water while reheating then add fine or mora sev. Garnish with corriander leaves. This is 2 minutes version good for kids too. Gujrati version.
