Trishala di, I can resonate with what you have said and may be very few people will understand what you are talking about because someone needs to look deep down and learn about oneself. Spirituality is something you can realise and find out yourself. You are amazing didi x

Get your unanswered questions about spirituality, by listening to Swami Shree Haridas Ji on Radio Nepal each morning at 5:25AM. Swami Ji resolved controversies between spirituality and materialism in new and practical ways through his discourses. I have been highly impressed by Swami Ji’s simple-yet-scientific approach and have got satisfactory answers.

Sisan, in the beginning, Something Trishala somehow forgot to mention to make it easy for you to understand where she is at , in regards to her path in spirituality is that, contemporary human should stop mixing up religious ideologies or religions with the path of spirituality. SPIRITUALITY & RELIGION and RITUALS are three separate things. You can be Spiritual with or without being Religious specially in contemporary times. Religion is one of the paths among many, that leads one ultimately to the path of spirituality. Religions and their Rituals were created in the past for common men who were gullible and did not have means or capability to understand or be educated on the topics of higher self. Religion in its purest form still is a powerful path for people not capable of gaining spiritual liberation otherwise, if they truly follow the core value each religion carries at its Centre. Sisan, It is 100% not your fault that most of our youths mix up SPIRITUALITY & RELIGION and RITUALS since our culture and educational system as a whole has decided to turn blind eyes to our glorious past. But at the same time, it is painfully sad that the whole generation has lost on all the spiritual gains in knowledge that our forefathers, Rishis and Buddhas had made through the history. Nepal in the Past was fountain of spiritual knowledge and secret magic like powers. Our ancient scripts on finding our true self , a higher self or magic like mind bending techniques have been taken to the West and turned into best selling books that people here are making use of in bettering their spiritual, mental and financial wellbeing. Books like, Think and grow rich, The secret, all of Napolean Hills, or Earl Nightingale's books take their inspirations from spiritual texts like Tantra, Geeta, Ved etc. And we have no knowledge of such things. Why did Dr Strange, a Marvel comics Character come to Kathmandu seeking to find his true self?(Im sure you must have watched the origin story movie, try watching it one more time). A comics book Character would be the last reference I would have made in a different forum, but the point I am trying to put across is that big Hollywood story writers do their research well. When they were writing a story for a character who has realized himself and his spiritual black magic like powers that lay dormant within him, all their research pointed towards Nepal as fountain of such secret knowledge. I think its about time that Nepalese realize the acres of diamonds we are sitting on and make use of them for the betterment of the population. And you Sisan, since Many youths Idolize you as their inspiration should definitely do some research on this and dig out the truth and spread it amongst our lost youth. You have the power to do it. Think of me as gods voice talking to you. Take Trishala as you guiding star into this voyage of self discovery. Sit for a Dhyan (meditation) with her. She can point you in the right direction. and along the path you will meet many more stars until you become one. Hey have Bhusita Vasistha as your guest some day. She is going to be super inspirational for the audience!

We Nepalese haven't never realised how wise the eastern culture is ,Only when the search begins to know the existence of ourselves, people itself will see the how wise were our traditions. Its so good,to see trishala on her way to know her existence. Its really beautiful. These are deep questions of human beings.

Answer to question #20.30 So, the situation mentioned by Trishala Di was kinda of true. But Trishala Di shorted the plot. Exact Situation was : Raja Janak was dreaming and he saw he has lost his kingdom. Now, the opponent king didn't killed him but exiled. And raja Janak goes places to places, see people in worse conditions and he himself feels so hungry. He fills all those emotions. After few time, he suddendly wakes. He sees himself covered in sweats and feels his heart pumping hard. He murmurs only one line, "Is it real or that real? (eh sach ya wo sach)" . His courtiers come and see he is saying only one line,, is this true or that true? " That " referring to dream which he felt so real. Now everyone thinks he has lost his mind. All he says, "Is it real or that real?" Because, what he experienced in his dream situation was surreal. Now, everyone is worried seeing the situation of King Janak. Now AstaBakra, one wise sage come in his palace after hearing rumors King has lost his mind. He asks to King 👑 , What happened Maharaj? Why are you so sad? Again, King murmurs same line, is this real or that? Now AstaBakra understands what he is referring to. AstaBakra has known because of his power of Meditation. The answer : He says to King, (Maharaj, na eh sach na wo sach,, tumhi sach ho) My king, neither this is true nor that is true, but you are real. The pure consciousness that you are, is only real thing. Your consciousness experienced that dream, it was the witness of that dream which you felt was real and what you are experiencing now have also the same witness, the absolute consciousness. Nothing is true but your consciousness that transcends time, space is true. All these thing reality, dream are just manifestation of our consciousness. Thanks.

I agree with what she said about ‘energy can neither be created nor be destroyed’, it means our soul never dies...so re birth automatically makes sense....a small equation Einstein discovered has a potential to destroy this earth....then I won’t be able to question his belief that there is a central power somewhere in this universe We ppl of new scientific era think we are the most rational being...but i think we will never have a complete sense of truth unless we look things through every lens...be it science...spirituality...religion...etc....so i believe that we wud understand ‘god’ better if we see it through the lens of science as well....just like the physicists she mentioned....I think its ignorant of us if we are bent on seeing things only the way we want to.....
