Hare Krishna Prabhuji, a disciple has to find a guru who can control the six urges of speech, mind, anger, tongue, belly and genitals and finally the disciple also has to be reach to that stage. Difference between traditional tapsaya and panchratric tapsaya was very nicely explained. and the three urges of speech, mind and anger-how to control them and dovetail them and spiritualize them...thank you

Wherever there is Krishna, Maya does not stand any chance. It is like wherever there is light, darkness has no place. So every mind needs some different kind of engagement and every devotee needs to find that activity by engaging which the mind gets strength or attraction towards Krishna. It could be chanting or hearing or deity worship or learning philosophy etc., knowing well that every individual is responsible for his or her spiritual advancement.

Thanks prabhuji I liked few points would like to share: a) Taking care is doctors responsibility (spiritual master) but getting cured is patients responsibility. So fixing mind is our responsibility. 2) Anger can be expressed in devotional service if it is used in Krishnas service. if not than anger is using one in Mayas service. 3) Only way out is by practicing devotional service and engaging our senses and mind in Krishna.

Atonement doesn't destroy the sinful desires so one will commit sins again. Advanced confession makes a mockery of the process, one already knows he will commit sins and asks for redemption in advance. The test of using our anger in Krishna consciousness is its motivation and result. Am I using anger in Krishna's service or is anger using me in maya's service. Find the way that attracts your mind to Krishna most - fixing our mind on Krishna is our responsibility not anyone else's; they may teach us ways to fix our mind but we have to apply these methods.Thank you.

Some people asks advance confession because he is going to commit the sin next week too. This makes complete mockery of the process.

Vega - Speed- speedy demand- Urge (urgency) to be filled at once Desire may not be urgent Six kinds of urges: Speech, mind, anger, tongue, belly, genitals Tongue to eat is Gyanendriya Tongue to speak is Karmendriya Qualification of Guru is to understood by seeker also to select Guru he should also aspire to become seer by developing these qualities. Atonement doesn’t reform sinner. Confession doesn’t stop him to commit mistake again. Elephant & Bath Confessions Thief & Police Real Atonement so that don’t do sin again. Traditional Tapasya: Ekadashi, celibacy (Brahmcharya), austerity, renunciation, cleanliness, self restraint Mind control (Shama) and sense control (Dama) If mind is controlled, sense will be controlled. Keep mind busy in Krishna Consciousness, maya doesn’t enter. Pancaratric Tapasya: Rupa Goswami’s Method Dos & Don’ts by Rupa Goswami Practice Bhakti in association with devotee. Follow four regulative principles. Highest in four varnas is Brahamin Highest in four aashram is sanyas Chaityana was sanyaasi Brahmin i.e. highest Srila Prubhupad’s purport for application: Vaco Don’t speak unnecessarily (Prajalpa) like Karmis & Jnanis - Snake & Toad Say Krishna Katha (not silence) Manasah Thinking can not be stopped. Speed of mind is fastest. Give mind a safe avenue of activity e.g. Krishna Consciousness. Krishna is Sun, there is no authority of darkness i.e. maya to enter inside. Others like Devotees & guru may help but fixing mind in Krishna consciousness is individual’s responsibility. Krodha Divert urge for anger against blasphemy of absolute truth like Jagaai, Madhaai & Hanuman. To check whether I am using anger in Krishna’s service or anger is using me in Maya’s service.
