BHANTE PUNNAJI MEDITATION RETREAT DAY-1 (15-DEC-2017)

Dec 15, 2017. Day 1 of 9-day Meditation Retreat with Ven. Dr. M. Punnaji Maha Thera held at Buddhist Maha Vihara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On this day, there are 5 sessions with Bhante Punnaji.
1) Morning commencement and instructions at 9am;
2) Mid-day review at 1:30pm;
3) Afternoon review and Q&A at 3:30pm;
4) End day review at 5:00pm;
5) Closing instructions at 6pm (no video).
