My daughter started learning bharatanatya from her 7yrs of age. she loves bharatanatya very much. While doing aremandi she cannot turn her right knee and foot completely sidewards. No problem with her left side. I talked to her dance teacher she said my daughter is performing well and nothing to worry about it as she s too young. Is there any exercises she can do to particularly to overcome this ?? Her teacher advised to practice baddhakonasana and frog pose regularly..are there any other exercises??

I can't think of specific exercises for Nataraja pose. Strength and balance are essential to do any pose properly. You could check these exercises for the same - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJa4l4Rne8dod8k

Thanks :) This was a project for Guru Poornima assigned by Kalayaana Trust. Got the song from them. Other songs are from my performances or studio recording provided by the Gurus who taught me those particular items. So I haven't faced copyright issues till date.
