Experiences apart....The life tells you about Guru Sharangathi, Guru's message of "Swadharma" in this case Stree Dharma for Vaigragyam and Anubhuti. Helping husband [with whom you have spend your life with] cross-over from current life is a reflection of vivekam and vairagyam. There is samatvam in Death and Life in 24 hrs. Her decision process on "Madi" is Nititdyasanam. Her decisions to take kids to Matam irrespective of health and listen to the doctor pronounce only 4 months for husband reflects Abhayam. Her ask to her kids on what kinda of progeny's is required [to Gurus] shows caring & continuity... She says it correctly, life is never rosy...its the surrender to Guru and follow what He says that elevates life. The advantage of Matam is that it can happen across generations without any dilution and that is why I bow to Sankara Bhagavat Pada to have created such institutions, so that common people can be transformed. Guru Sharanam ....

Srinivasan guruji initiated me into Bala mantras. We used to stay in their house from morning till evening .they lived in borbanda and we in safilguda it was quite far of. Actually, when Mami says she wants Gyana and vairagyam. I remember my mother had told long back, a version of annapoorne sadhaporne sloka, The actual version is "Annapoorne sadhapoorne shankara prana valabhe gyana vairagya siddhyartham Biksham dehicha parvathi" But my mother had said for women, The last line is changed as follows "deergha sumangalyam praptirasthu Biksham dehicha parvathe". Just shared Periyavaa padam sharanam
