Instigation- no commission of offence required Abetment by Conspiracy - prep or overt act is required but no commission of offence required Intentional aid - commission of offence is required

Hi Student, Conspiracy is punishable when it is done with the criminal intent and yes, abetment is punishable per se example: Section 305 , Section 306 Indian Penal Code 1860.
