I tried making dosas since many years, on non stick , n iron tawa. A video shown by you taught us n explained well why our dosa do not get so crispy. In that video u have explained quality of par boiled rice n its chemical structure. Besides shown a thick south tawa exactly as the size of our hot plates usually every home has it.
