Hi @bharatzkitchen HINDI I have to thank you a lot, I was diagnosed with covid19 and my father was positive too, he had gotten pneumonia. I followed your instructions and although my smell and taste was gone, but this soup made a huge impact in my dads health and boosted his recovery which otherwise he would have definitely landed in hospital had i not done it. Thank you Chef.. This was a super easy to make and out of the world delicious tasting spup i have had in a long, long time. Besides, tgough it took me a while to get the broth the wait honestky was every bit worth it. Sin e I am a colour freak I added all possible veggies to it..ranging from celery stick, broccoli, cabbage, dill and what not apart from those already listed by you. And since we had run out of corn flour I just decided to leave it healthy and chemical free... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow! Mr. Bharat! This was first attempt at Chicken soup at home, and it was so much similar but much better, healthier than store bought soup I had in the past. Just amazing! For those who are trying first time - you will not fail with this recipe. I modified this a bit but boiling onions, celery and carrot with the chicken also, in addition to adding these later - came out amazing!

I put in a pinch of black pepper powder while frying the chicken pieces in the beginning. And before taking off soup finally a knob of white butter. The soup was slurrrppily delicious. Want more such winter recipes, please.

I made this soup tonight..it was so delicious. Went very well with a lettuce based salad and monsoon evening. Hello Bharatji, Mei apki recipes ki tips frequently use karti hu aur result kafi achha ata h. Ye soup recipe mene pehle use kari h, aur achha soup bana. Apki recipe milne se phle mei hamesha french style hi use karti thi. Ab ek achha variation milta h. Ajkal Delhi mei summers aur thodi humidity ho gyi h (today being 15 June), fir bhi, AC mei soup pi sakte hain. Most people ki tarah, mera bhi, lockdown ki wajah se kafi weight gain hua. Toh ab unlock jo hua h, ab me wapis se physical workout ls k sath-sath mindfully and light meals eat kar rahi hu with portion control...fayda ho raha h. Apki iss soup recipe mein aaj mene ek chiz tweak ki, kafi achha taste mila, toh socha, ki thanks k sath share kar dun. Chicken caramalise karte time mene chopped ginger garlic aur freshly crushed peppercorns, timing k hisab se add karke aur sear kiye. Bahut behtreen taste mila. Mere pas sirf beans aur orange carrot thi, unko mene finely chop karke add kar diya. Bahut nutritious, filling aur satisfying dinner hua mera is badhiya se soup se. Cornflour should be avoided when it's made for healing cold n cough , instead can add teaspoon of rawrice while cooking chicken. Recipe is good though
