Incase someone wants this recipe in written format. Here you go. Marinate recipe for 1kg Paneer. First you roast chickpea flour in some oil 5 table spoon oil. Heat the oil. Add 3 tablespoons of chickpea flour. Roast it till it becomes liquid consistency. To the chickpea paste add the following spices: 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tbsp spicy chilly powder 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp kasuri methi 2 tbsp chaat masala 1 tbsp dhana jiru 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp roasted cumin 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp turmeric To the spices mixture add about 1/2 kg hung curd. Finally add salt to taste.
