.700 gm brinjal
3 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp full kashmiri mirch powder
2 tsp dry mango powder
1.5 tsp saunf powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp curd
2 onion chop
2 tomato puree
coriander chop
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 pinch hing
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
