Ingredients:
600 grams chicken breasts boneless; diced into small cubes
½ cup vinegar
½ tsp salt
For Tadka
½ cup mustard oil
2 inches cinnamon sticks
5 nos red chilli
6 cloves
½ tsp allspice
10 garlic cloves
1 inches ginger
Pickle spice mix:
1 tsp funnel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp black peppercorn
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp salt
