सलाम आलेकुम खुर्शिद साहब, आपकी बहुत सारी रेसिपीज देखी। तंदुर भरने से लेकर रेस्टाॅरंट स्टाईल वेज, कश्मिरी पुलाव से, घरमें बनाये यखनी, अफ़गानी पुलाव से लेकर कलकत्ता के कबीरजी मोमोज तक बहुतसी रेसीपीज देखी। हर एक रेसिपी बेहतरीन और आसान सी लगती रही, बावजूद इसके की वो वाकई मे मुश्कील होगी या हो सकती थी। शायद यही आपकी ख़ासीयत होगी, की मुश्कील से मुश्कील रेसीपी को आसान करके दिखाना ताकि नवसिकीयोको भी लगे की वह भी एक अच्छा शेफ़ बन सकता है। बह़रहाल आपकी सभी रेसिपीज और विडीओज वाक़‌ई उमदा है। यह बात आपको बतानेका ख़याल आया तो, तो तय नहीं कर पाया की किस रेसीपीके विडीयो के नीचे काॅमेंट्स लिखे। इसी लिये सोचा, की रेसीपीयोंसे हटकर कही काॅमन जगह पर लिखे। और इसी इरादे से यह 'तंदुर भरने' का विडीओ चुना, ताकि सभी रेसिपीज एक साथ तारिफ़ की हकदार हो। आप एक बेहतरीन शेफ है। All the Best!
