Chef Vikas khana is inspiration for young generation. We love you so much sir. Sir main ek baar Junoon mein apne bday pr khana khane gayi kuch saal pehle, maine bola main aapse autograph loongi. Sab has rahe the Chef tere layi vehla hai ki, unu koi hor kam nahi. Oh aap thodhi na restaurant ch hunde. Khana bahut acha tha hum wapis ek baar gaye to pata chala ab wo kisi aur ka hai to khana kha k hume sawaad nahi aaya. Actually aapke restaurant ka swad aur presentation dono bahut achi thi. Thank you Bharti & Harsh aaone chef k saath podcast kiya. Bahut maza aaya, seekhne ko bhi bahut mila. Aur chef k baare mein aur bhi nayi baate jaanne ko mili.

All I can say after watching this podcast episode with Chef Vikas Khanna is, A big thanks to Bharti TV. 2015 ka wo saal jab pehli baar Chef se rubaru hui thi Jaipur Literature Festival main, kabhi nahi socha tha ki ek choti si mulakat lifetime experience dedegi aaj bhi jab chef ke saath Li gayi photo ko dekhti hu to wo mahol jaise aankho ke aage ajata hai. He is simply one of the humans who has inspired me endlessly and the more I learn about his life it brings that confidence in me, because I feel so likewise with his thought process. His way of living and what not. And all I wish that I can make our country proud the way he has been doing. When he said in this interview that people say him ki ek jagah focus kar why doing so many things, I had a laugh because I fall in the same place like him. Bharti TV Team one request, if you can convey this message to Chef Vikas Khanna, Sir Thank You for being one of the reasons to make me fall in love with the diversity of India more and more where I want to learn and explore about our country on the deepest level.
