Welcome to Day 3 of the Get Set Yoga 2.0 series!
Today we will do a full body hatha yoga practice to start building strength and flexibility. We will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra.
Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!

Hi Roopini! Thank you so much. I had the opportunity to practice all over world under a lot of teachers which has shaped my teaching style I guess :). I have done a couple of TTCs - one from Delhi and another from Mumbai - the yoga institute.

Deeply relaxing. Shavasana is the most difficult asana but under the guidance of your calm and soothing voice it was possible to feel the whole body getting heavy and sinking into the floor and the mind totally quiet and at ease. Thank you Bharti. Every day you bring so much goodness into our lives ❤️

During yog nidra I could feel a wide range of emotions come from sadness to happiness anxiety and fear..is it normal?

Hi Ritushna, yes sometimes emotions do take over in a deep yog nidra or visualization practice. It’s completely normal :)

Hi Betina, yes for a proper yoga practice you should have an empty stomach or at least not have had food for 3-4hours.
